Coty was stepping into a new era under a refreshed vision of beauty without limits.
The site had to reflect this transformation, not as a corporate tool, but as a platform making Coty visible and recognizable as a strong brand in its own right.
Problem
Coty’s previous site spoke in corporate language, not the voice of a bold beauty brand. It lacked visibility, clarity, and emotion.
Role & Contribution
Led the full 6-month project: brand identity definition, UX/UI strategy, user journey definition, content architecture, functional specs, and coordination of UI design, copywriting, development, and SEO teams. Only point of contact with Coty's brand and COMEX teams.
Solution
We rethought everything, from UX/UI and content strategy to SEO and functional specs, delivering a site that works as Coty’s global brand platform: inclusive, modern, and strategically aligned.
